  • 1 1/2 cs Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c Chopped tomato
  • 2 tbs Sliced scallions
  • 2 tbs Salsa
  • 2 tbs Low fat sour cream
  • 2 ozes Cooked lentils
  • 3/4 oz Shredded lowfat cheddar

Directions



In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing well to mix.
